BRIAN HOGAN
Managing Director
Mr. Hogan is a Managing Director of Broadpoint.Gleacher and provides senior investment banking coverage of industrial companies with an emphasis on the engineering & construction, materials and building products sectors.  He joined the firm in 2009. Prior to joining, Mr. Hogan spent 17 years at Merrill Lynch & Co. where most recently he headed the Building & Construction team within the global investment banking division.  Mr. Hogan has served a broad spectrum of corporate, institutional and governmental clients from around the world providing strategic advisory, merger & acquisition and capital raising services.  Mr. Hogan received his MBA from Columbia University and a BA from Georgetown University.

KENNETH RYAN
Managing Director, Co-Head of Investment Banking
Mr. Ryan is a Managing Director of Broadpoint.Gleacher and co-heads the firm’s investment banking activities. Mr. Ryan joined Gleacher Partners in 2002. Prior to joining Gleacher, he had spent over six years at Goldman Sachs, working in the Financial Institutions Group in London and New York and later in the Advisory Group in London. Mr. Ryan has worked on mergers and acquisitions and financings with clients such as General Dynamics, Royal Bank of Scotland, Mellon Group, AIG, Natwest, Compaq, Cable & Wireless and Axa. Mr. Ryan received a degree in law from Trinity College, Dublin.

Parking is available at 2 Shell Plaza Garage on the corner of Louisiana and Walker.
